Applications are hereby invited in Standard form from Indian Citizen for filling up the following vacant posts in the establishment of District Legal Services Authority, Hojai under the rules mentioned below:

District Legal Services Authority, Hojai

Name of Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)

Age: Candidate should not be more than 43 years of age and not less than 18 years as on date of publication of the advertisement. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per rule.

Submission of Application: Application in standard form together with self-certified copies all etc on testimonials such as educational qualification certificates, mark sheets, age proof certificate Should reach the office of the District Legal Service Authority, Nagaon during office hours working days.

Last date for applying: Within 4:00 P.M. on 02/01/2020

Conditions:

• A self-addressed envelope (size 22 CN x 10 CN) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- only.
• No application will be entertained after the scheduled date and authority is not responsible for any postal delay.

• Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.
• An incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
• An application must be accompanied by three self-attested copies of recent passport size photographs.
• No T.A. and D.A. shall be admissible for attending in written test/ oral test etc.
• Management reserves the right to fill up or not to fill up the vacant posts.
• Canvassing directly or indirectly will be liable for disqualification.

Selection procedure:

• Selection for LDA shall be made through written examination and interview consisting of 300 marks in total i.e.

Marks for Written Examination:

Duration of Exam: 3 Hrs

Timing: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM

 Only those candidates who qualified the written examination for LDA will be called for an interview. The date of written examination for LDA will be notified in due course. Date, time and venue of the Written Test will be informed in due course to the eligible candidates and the s‹ me will be published on the official website – www.nasaonludiciary.aov.in of District Judiciary.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
2. Candidates must not be below 21 years or above 43 years of age as on the date of publishing of this advertisement. Age relaxation for candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SC and P.W.D. will be as per Govt. rules.

Name of Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidates must have rendered continuous services as Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.) in a Government Department of Assam (preferably Judicial Department) for at least 5(five) years.
2. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Selection Procedure:

1. Candidates will be selected through Oral interview carrying 50 marks.
2. The testimonials must necessarily contain NOC from his/her current employer, copies of ACR for 5 (five) years, service book and other relevant documents.
3. List of eligible candidates, date, time and venue will be uploaded on the official website (www.naoaoniudiciarv.Nov.in). No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates.
4. The candidates must submit their applications in a Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX with 3 (three) self-attested photocopies of all testimonials through proper channel only.

GENERAL TERIHS AND CONDITIONS

1. Candidates must have a valid mobile number or an email-ID, either of which should be duly inscribed on top of the Standard form.
2. All applications should be addressed to the “District & Sessions Judge, Nagaon, New Court Building, and Room No. 63.
3. Candidates for the post of LDA will have to super-scribe “Application for the post of L’D’A’ under DLSA, Hojai” and the candidates for the post of U.D.A. will have to super-scribe “Application for the post of U.D.A. under DLSA, Hojai” on the envelope containing the application form.

4. The last date for submitting applications is 02.01.2020 within office hours till 04:00 PM and the undersigned will not be responsible for any postal delay.

6. Incomplete application and application received after the due date shall be summarily rejected.
7. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall result in the disqualification of the candidate.
8. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the written test or viva-voce.

8. The decision of the selection board shall be final in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of such recruitment.
