Name of the Post: Finance and Account Executive

Essential qualification & experience:
Graduate/ Postgraduate in Commerce with in-depth experience in accounting & office management.
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of any commonly used Financial Accounting software and Office productivity software tools independent of any operating systems. For example productivity software like MS Office, Libre Office, etc and accounting software like Tally 9, etc.
Age: Between 26 years to 40 years as on 02-01-2020
Scale of Pay: Rs 19,000/- per month (Consolidated, break up: Salary: Rs 15,000/- & Travelling allowance Rs 4000/-). Necessary taxes will be deducted at the source.
Period of contract: The initial period of the contract is one year; extendable up to another two years (total three years), on year to year basis, on satisfactory performance with such amendments as may be mutually agreed upon and also subject to the necessary approval of the competent authority.
Selection Process: Personal Interview & Skill test on Financial & Accounting productivity software like Tally ERP 9 Software etc.
Desirable Experience: Work experience in the social sector, cluster development projects, rural development projects, in handloom and textile, handicraft sector, tea production sector.
The job will need occasional traveling into rural areas and night stay besides regular office work. Having own two-wheeler will be another advantage.

Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline OR Diploma in Textile/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of any Office productivity software tools independent of any operating systems. For example, productivity software likes MS Office, Libre Office, etc.
Experience in field-level data collection & preparation of detailed project report, other report writing, documentation, good communication, managerial and networking skills will be given due weight
Good command over written and spoken English
Scale of Pay: Rs 18,000/- per month (Consolidated, break up: Salary: Rs 14,000/- & Travelling allowance Rs 4000/-). Necessary taxes will be deducted at the source.
