Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Lead-Finance & Accounts:
    • To ensure preparation of Daily, Monthly & Quarterly cash flow forecast in coordination with Head Finance and Accounts. Control and monitor cash flows and ensure efficient treasury management.
    • To manage banking relationships and opening various credit facilities.
    • To ensure implementation of SOPs and streamline activities.
    • To be responsible for preparation of Monthly/Quarterly MIS working schedules and present the same to the Head Finance and Accounts.
    • To assist the Finance Controller in preparing the internal approval notes for the board’s approval.
    • To create necessary documentation and maintain paperwork.
    • To ensure internal and legal compliance as per timelines.
    • To ensure completion of the task assigned by the Finance Controller towards the success of the cancer care program. To check for risk and report as and when it is observed.
    • To develop a strong and effective internal relationship with colleagues in all teams, through appropriate communication. The core team working and networking at all levels.
    • Liasioning with PMC for financial matters.
  • Team Member Procurement:
    • To assist the Lead Procurement in Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
    • To create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
    • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
    • To review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options and update Lead Procurement accordingly.
    • To develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
    • To negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
    • To prepare budgets, costs analyses and reports.
    • To ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
    • To maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
    • To follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
    • To manage inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
    • Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement containing all details of the negotiation.
  • Lead-Medical Planning:
    • Ensure the formulation of SOP s and set up of the medical centres as per the SOPs.
    • Work in close collaboration with Heads of Clinical Departments, Nursing and other clinical services to ensure delivery of world-class oncology services.
    • Ensure that the statutory and regulatory requirements of the hospital are met.
    • Work closely with the heads clinical and ancillary service, diagnostic and treatment facilities, and prepare protocols for efficient patient care.
    • Design and develop procedures for good nursing and supportive care to patients.
    • Develop, implement, monitor and update as necessary the hospital operation’s mission, goals, objectives, policies and procedures and other official documents.
    • Assign work, establish priorities, monitor performance and submit periodical clear and concise administrative and financial reports for all assigned services/functions.
    • Ensure that all transaction processed through all assigned services/functions are authentic and in accordance with hospital policies, procedures and government regulations.
    • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the service delivery process, assess and monitor workload, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationships; identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel
    • Participate and chair the various committee and task forces as applicable.
    • Advise senior management regarding all matters relating to the hospitals’ operations.
    • Direct and perform analysis and evaluate all aspects of the services provided by hospital operations and recommend modifications or changes to policies and procedures as required.
